MEET THE FOUNDER

BRITTANY KAY

Brittany is a visionary entrepreneur, mentor, and community-builder who believes every person carries a God-given purpose-and that purpose deserves to be activated. After stepping into entrepreneurship herself and learning firsthand what it takes to grow, stretch, and stay faithful in the journey, she felt called to create a space where others could find clarity, confidence, and community on their own path.

What started as a small gatherings grew into the Souls on Fire Network-a movement igniting boldness, leadership, and real transformation in aspiring entrepreneurs and purpose-driven professionals. Brittany's heart is simple: to help people stop shrinking, start building, and step fully into the calling God has placed in their life.

She leads with faith, authenticity, and fire- reminding everyone she meets that the world changes when you do.

Souls on Fire is rooted in faith-based principles. We believe meaningful businesses are built from the inside out: beginning with faith, developing the leader behind the vision, activating what we’ve been given, and ultimately building something that reaches beyond ourselves.

Faith is our foundation. We believe God belongs at the center of what we build, how we lead, and the decisions we make. We trust Him with the vision, seek His direction, and move forward knowing that what we build is strongest when He is the foundation.

What am I building on?

We don’t stop at inspiration. We take what we’ve learned, turn ideas into strategy, and put action behind the vision. We believe what has been placed within us is meant to be developed, activated, and built.

What will I do with what I’ve been given?

Leadership begins with who we are becoming. We believe the vision we’re given often requires us to grow in character, capacity, integrity, and responsibility. We commit to becoming the leaders capable of carrying what has been entrusted to us and leading it well.

Who must I become to carry the vision?

We build with a vision bigger than ourselves. Legacy is about creating something that reaches beyond us through people we serve, opportunities we create, lives we influence, and doors we open for those who come after us.
